Q. What are dicentra Training Courses?
A. dicentra Training Courses are online real-time conferences and tutorials conducted by recognized specialists in a specific domain. Whether you are new to the topic, need a refresher course, or deepen your expertise, our highly resourceful trainings are not to be missed. With an Internet connection, and a separate phone line, you are ready to learn directly from your desk. Return to Training

Q. How do I participate?
A. Participating is easy. Just follow these three steps:

1. Register for a course:


2. Receive instructions:
Detailed instructions for participating in the course will be e-mailed to you in advance of the course. You will be provided with plenty of time to download required plug-ins and ensure that you can participate without any technical difficulties.

3. Join the presentation:
You will be e-mailed several times prior to the course to remind you of its upcoming date. Using your computer with Internet access and a phone line, follow the instructions e-mailed to you to join the presentation and learn. Return to Training

Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. You can cancel your order anytime prior to the course by writing to training@dicentra.ca. All cancellations made before the date of the course will be charged at 30% of the total order price. Return to Training
